Yes, it wasn’t an easy game. Actually it was one of the most difficult things I have ever done. But I am happy I did it.

It started with high hopes and comparatively very less efforts. I began all this with 15 minutes jogging. I used to check my waist size daily, but didn’t get any result in next 2 weeks.

This was enough for me to know that I wasn’t on the right track. Now, my priority was to find the so called ‘right track’. I consulted a reputed gym coach and requested for some advice.

All what he said left me stunned for weeks. He said that intense work out of at least 90- 120 minutes could do something. Anything less than that is below acceptable level.

He asked me to go for intense resistance training. OMG! As if that wasn’t enough, he asked me to immediately stop the consumption all the things I counted as my favourites. No extra cheese burgers, no sandwiches, no chicken pizzas and no Italian pastas. He asked me not consumed anything and everything I liked eating. Instead he suggested me to go for green salads, fruits, green vegetables and pulses.

Oh! That was hectic. Adding more to eat, he said, ‘stop eating for the sake of taste. Eat to kill your hunger’. Then, this was the most illogical statement I had ever heard. But now (after 5 months) I must acknowledge that it was the most helpful statement of my life. It totally changed me appearance.
